Welcome to CaddyBytes.com’s Tournament's page for the 2016 Deutsche Bank Championship (formerly the greater Boston region's Bank of Boston classic that used to be played for so many years at Pleasant Valley CC in Sutton Massachusetts). The 2016 Deutsche Bank is the second stop in the playoffs to the FedExCup - an elimination which began last week with 125 who qualified off the season ending money and FedExCup points list down to 100 in the field here at TPC Boston. The top 70 qualifiers from the Deutsche Bank Championship will then advance to next week's BMW Championship at Crooked Stick in Carmel IND. That field's top 30 then will advance to the season ending FedEx Cup Championship to be played in Atlanta. Past champions of the Deutsche Bank which began in 2003 include Adam Scott, Tiger Woods, Vijay Singh, Phil Mickelson Rory McIlroy.
